This webinar summarizes wine sensory perception results from two field experiments conducted in Pinot noir vineyards that were found positive for Grape Red Blotch Virus. Sensory studies were conducted with consumer and wine expert panels to determine impacts on aroma, color, and mouthfeel of wines produced. The presentation is given by Samuel Hoffman, a masters student in the labs of Dr. James Osborne (Extension Enologist) and Dr. Elizabeth Tomasino (Wine Sensory) at Oregon State University.
