What do mean by culturally 'relevant', 'responsive' and 'sustaining' pedagogies? In this T4 session we will reflect on how our own identities have shaped us as learners and educators and how our students' identities have shaped them as learners. We will consider how culturally sustaining pedagogy can disrupt exclusive and inequitable classroom environments and open up new, reciprocal pathways for knowledge sharing between student and educator.
