Scenes include cattle, rabbits and hogs being shown; sheep being shorn and their wool evaluated; a winter wear fashion show; a petting zoo, butterfly exhibit and pressed leaves exhibit; folk dancing; and babies crawling in a race. The film's sound segments include an interview with Mrs. Forrest on the antique car show; an overview and narration of knitting judging; an overview of the horse show, including the work of the fair's official horseshoe farrier; and a discussion of the excitement surrounding the fair in its centennial year. The footage also includes several scenes of Oregon Governor Mark Hatfield and fair attendees walking the grounds and enjoying the rides.
