Nigel Francisco is the CEO at the Ninkasi Brewing Company. In his interview, Francisco talks about his family, growing up in Eugene, completing his Associate of Applied Science in Flight Technology at Lane Community College and his work as a professional pilot, and his MBA education at Northwest Christian College. He also talks about his interest in beer and home brewing, his work at Ninkasi as the Chief Financial Officer (2009-2018) and Chief Executive Officer (2020-present), his experience as a man of color in brewing and with diversity initiatives, points of transition for the company, and the present challenges posed by COVID-19.
