Dean Beauchamp is a former Oregon Agricultural College student in Animal Husbandry (1918-1920) and member of the Student Army Training Corps. He was also a long-time farmer and rancher in Umapine, Oregon. He was interviewed by Lucy Skjelstad for the Horner Museum Oral History Collection (OH 10), Special Collections and Archives Research Center, Oregon State University Libraries.
