Jo Anne Trow was a member of the Oregon State University faculty from 1965-1995, serving as the school's final Dean of Women, first female Vice President and first female Vice Provost. In this interview, she shares her reflections on multiple topics related to women's experiences at Oregon State, including changes related to social norms and academic opportunities for women, the impact of Title IX, and multiple colleagues who played a role in the advancement of women.
