Jessamine (Chapman) Williams joined the faculty of Oregon Agricultural College in 1923 as head of the Foods and Nutrition Department, a position she held until 1944. Williams retired in 1946. In this interview, she was asked to share her memories of OAC and OSC during her years of association. Subjects discussed include Ava Milam Clark; School of Home Economics; Household Science Department; Foods and Nutrition Department; origins of State Nutrition Council; Maud Wilson; Margaret Fincke; Kate Jameson; Radio KFDJ 1923; Willetta Moore Smith.
