Narrated footage of the Far West Track and Field Championships held on May 16, 1964 at Bell Field on the campus of Oregon State University. Participating in the meet were the men's track and field teams from Oregon State, the University of Oregon, Washington State University and the University of Washington. Commentary was provided by Jimmy Jones. In addition to the meet footage itemized below, Jones conducted a pre-meet interview with
Oregon Journal reporter Carl Clough, and post-meet interviews with UO sprinter Harry Jerome, UO middle distance runner Archie San Romani, OSU half-miler Norm Hoffman, UO head coach Bill Bowerman, and OSU head coach Sam Bell.

- Javelin, won by Les Tipton
- 440 yard relay, won by UO
- Mile run, won by Archie San Romani
- 440 yard dash, won by Lynn Eves

- Pole vault, won by Bill Self
- 880 yard run, won by Ray Van Asten
- 220 yard dash, won by Harry Jerome
- 440 intermediate hurdles, won by Greg Macy
- Three mile run, won by Ken Moore and also including footage of OSU cross country national champion Dale Story, running barefoot
- Triple jump, won by Wariboko West
- Mile relay, won by UO
UO won the meet with 72 points. OSU finished second with 54 points, UW was third with 32 and WSU fourth with 29.
