Ralph S. Besse served as a farm management extension specialist and administrator in the Agricultural Experiment Station from 1922 until his retirement in 1953. In this interview, he was asked to share his thoughts on the growth of OSC and its future. Subjects discussed include Oregon intensive crop development; agricultural research; poultry improvement research; forage seed crop development; and Experiment Station, 1922-1953.
