Portland native Bill Rutherford has enjoyed a long career as an artist, cartographer and technical illustrator. He was interviewed by Ruth Kornberg for the Oregon Black Pioneers Oral History Collection (OH 042), which is housed in the Special Collections and Archives Research Center, Oregon State University Libraries.
