Lawrence E. "Bing" Francis earned his bachelor's degree in Zoology from Oregon State College in 1932. An early employee of the Horner Museum at Oregon State, Francis also served as an Extension agent in Washington County. In this, the first of two interviews, Francis discusses his family background and his extensive ties to Oregon Agricultural College.
