Consent is Asexy and Required: Healthy Relationships with Asexual and Aromantic People, Tuesday April 25, 2017 at 6pm at the OSU Native American Longhouse. Event description: Does consent include asking before hugging or touching friends and family? Join us for a conversation about what healthy relationships look like centering asexual and aromantic identities. The Ace and aro community face high levels of sexual violence and corrective rape, we wish to center their voices in this discussion because their community is often invisible and stigmatized. There will be a panel of self-identified ace and aro community members to speak about their experiences with relationships, consent, and awareness. This event is good for anyone of any sexual orientation or gender to have tools to have healthy relationships.
