This silent film depicts the spaces and services available in the newly opened Kerr Library building. Originally titled "First Television Orientation Film," the footage has been migrated from a motion picture film original held in the Libraries Moving Images (FV083:002), Special Collections and Archives Research Center, Oregon State University Libraries.
