Liz Frenkel interview for Professor Chappell's HST 363 Women's History in the 20th century.
We conducted a public oral history interview with Liz Frenkel of
Corvallis, Oregon on November 11, 2014. Liz is a fifty-year member of
The League of Women voters. She graduated from Stanford University with a
degree in history. She was born in Sheridan, Wyoming and later moved to
the northern part of state to Jackson Hole. Her family left Jackson
Hole and moved to Douglas, Arizona. She lived there until she was a
sophomore in high school. She is married to Robert who is a retired
professor from the OSU Geography Department. She has a son and a
daughter.....
