On Saturday, April 23, 2016 the Spring Creek Project hosted
“The Thin Green Line: Creative Resistance to Fossil Fuel Development in the
Pacific Northwest” at LaSells Stewart Center at Oregon State University. The
half-day gathering featured speakers, workshops, and seriously joyful movement
building. Activists, artists, writers, scientists, policy makers and engaged
citizens gathered from all over the Pacific Northwest to learn and strategize
about resisting fossil fuel development.
