In this session, Michael Hansen and Edward Au provide information on using the GRRS, specifically Foundation Reimbursements. In collaboration with the OSU Foundation, the Office of Budget & Fiscal Planning (Budget Office) hosts a web-based application for managing scholarships and expense reimbursements. The OSU Reimbursement and Scholarship Systems are included in the suite of Budget Office online systems titled Granting Reporting & Reimbursement Systems (GRRS). This session will offer an introduction to the Foundation systems, with demonstrations reimbursement processes. Whether you are a new or seasoned user, this session will benefit you. In addition, there will be a sneak preview of the soon-to-be-released Direct Reimbursement System, the latest collaborative project with the OSU Foundation.
