In this, the second of two interviews, Arp comments on his administrative career, touching on his tenures as chair of the Department of Botany and Plant Pathology and detailing his experiences as Dean of the OSU Honors College and the OSU College of Agricultural Sciences. Arp is a Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Botany and Plant Pathology who was on faculty at Oregon State University from 1990-2018.
