This film was produced in conjunction with local celebrations marking the bicentennial of the United States, and received assistance from the OSU Journalism Department, the Department of Information, and the Horner Museum. "Heart of the Valley" includes historical still photographs and interviews with descendants of pioneers and early residents of Corvallis, Oregon in its exploration of the history of the mid-Willamette Valley.
