Making a Difference, produced in August 1992 by OSU Human Resources, was designed to give new staff an overview of Oregon State University as an employer. The production was used from November 1992 through 1995 in the quarterly new employee orientation program. It depicts the OSU mission and how faculty and staff work together to accomplish common goals, and includes footage of the OSU campus in Corvallis and other sites throughout the state; students; and many staff members doing their work. OSU administrators featured in the film are Roy Arnold, John Byrne, Ed Coate, Nancy Howard, George Keller, Phyllis Lee, Jacque Rudolph, Lynn Spruill, and Jo Anne Trow.
