This footage montage was compiled by KEZI-TV and documents the Oregon State University Beavers 2002 football season as well as team activities in Spring 2003. The film includes raw footage of practices, interviews and games; snippets of commercial game broadcasts; and news packages created by KEZI. OSU finished the 2002 season with a 8-5 record, losing to Pittsburgh in the Insight Bowl on December 26, 2002. The Insight Bowl turned out to be Oregon State head coach Dennis Erickson's final game with the Beavers, as he left the program in early 2003 to accept the head coach position with the San Francisco 49ers. (Mike Riley's return to OSU as head football coach is documented near the end of the film.) The 2002 team was led by quarterback Derek Anderson and running back Steven Jackson, both sophomores, as well as junior wide receiver James Newson.
