This footage montage was compiled by KEZI-TV and documents the Oregon State University Beavers' 1989 football season. The film includes raw footage of practices, interviews and games; snippets of commercial game broadcasts; and news packages created by KEZI.
The 1989 football team compiled a season record of 4-7-1. Two of the team's victories, as well as its tie, came in the month of October. One of those wins was a nationally televised game versus UCLA at Parker Stadium. The Beavers' 18-17 triumph prompted Oregon State's fans to tear down the goalposts in celebration.
