Effective January 1, 2013 ORS 419B.005 mandates that employees of Oregon higher education institutions are considered by law to be subject to mandatory reporting of child abuse. To help answer the many questions and concerns associated with this new requirement the Office of Human Resources held four open forums to answer questions and go over the basics of the new law.
